Course Programme
Our First Aid at Work course provides delegates the necessary skills and confidence to respond to a range of accidents and first aid emergencies in the workplace. This first aid training is highly recommended for staff working in high-risk industries such as Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Railways, and Agriculture, and for any business needing First Aid–qualified staff due to risk assessments, large staff volumes, hazardous environments, or supporting employees who require special attention, such as those with a disability or who are pregnant.
This first aid at work course is delivered over 18 hours, in person and tutor-led at our training centre, and can be taken during the week or as a weekend first aid course — ideal if you’re looking for first aid at work course London dates that fit around your working week.
First Aid at Work – RQF Level 3 is normally a 3-day course, but with Knight Learning, you can complete it in just 2 days. This flexible option allows you to gain the same recognised qualification while reducing the amount of time you need to take away from work. The course covers essential first-aid skills and knowledge, helping you feel confident when responding to workplace emergencies.

Entry Requirements
A good understanding of reading, spoken and written English. Please note that this course is only conducted in English, and it is paramount that students are able to communicate in English.

Course Materials
All course materials are provided for the training course.
Assessment
Students must attend all sessions of the first aid course. This is a very interactive course, and students are assessed daily through individual and group exercises and case studies, with a multiple-choice test on the final day.
Qualification & Renewal
Students are awarded the First Aid at Work – RQF Level 3 Qualification Certificate & Card. The qualification is valid for 3 years, after which students will need to undertake a 2-day First Aid at Work Requalification course to maintain the qualification for a further 3 years.
Tutors
The tutor assigned to your course is accredited to deliver first aid training and will arrange your Certificate & Card. We work only with trainers who have consistently delivered to a high standard and receive excellent feedback.
In-House Training
This course is also available as in-house training — we can arrange a tutor to deliver the class at your company premises, on dates of your choosing. Please contact us for further details.
